The music instead of been an type of enterteinment the people always are affected in an emotinal way by the music they listen for example the people who listen sad music had a big porcentage of been sad and if they listen happy music they were be happy so in that sense the music are a big help in the cognitive ambience because its used in a medical treatment called musictherapy.
The music encourage the ability of attend, memorize, imagine and the creativity as well. The music can help you to avoid the stress and according to the university of Maryland, exist a instinsic relation between the music and the cardiovascular health.
Thus, despite the fact that each person's musical tastes are different, and each individual feels certain emotions with certain music, there are general patterns common to almost all people. Thus, high-pitched tones activate certain areas of our brain and, since there are more neurons in these areas that detect high-pitched tones than low-pitched ones, these timbres tend to excite and tone, making us feel energetic, euphoric... In this way, the notes of a larger scale, which are sharper, stimulate movement, joy, expression in an external way.
For long time the music are a big influence in the world because its a cliche phrase but the music reunite the world because altaought you dont talk inglish or spanish or some other language if ypu listen a song in other language you learn the lyrics of that song just because its like you so we can say the music teach us languages and to know new people by the music.
Personally, I have experienced the therapeutic effects of music, and it has helped me cope with stress and anxiety. Listening to my favorite music can instantly change my mood and uplift my spirits. Also, music has helped me concentrate while studying or working on a project, and I believe it has enhanced my creativity and imagination.
