  According to another study maked by the University of Oxford suggest the boys to play videogames can be benneficial for the mental health "Los videojuegos están dando los primeros pasos a la hora de innovar en la representación de los diferentes aspectos de la salud mental, tienen mucho potencial, porque pueden ser más inmersivos que la literatura y el cine" (Javier Aleman, Psychologist). 


So in conclusion the guys just play videogames for avoid problems like the stress or anxiety or other psycologist problems, so its normal when the boys spend a lot of time in from the TV or the computer based on this information i can say the boys just play to can overcome this issues, to can live their life normally like any other guy.

    Boy, am I glad someone made a post about playing video games. I am a hardcore fan of video games and have been since I was little. In my case, it has served me to escape to a world in which I can fully immerse into the role of the protagonist. It is so thrilling to go through long stories with tons of twists and turns. Additionally, I love getting off the beaten path and pursue my own, which generally leads to improving my stats, something that gives me a sense of accomplishment.

    And though in your conclusion you mentioned that it may help alleviate stress, I find that it also helps enhance a sense of well-being. Oftentimes, life can be difficult or dull, and video games can make it less so. In general, I think I will keep on playing video games, even if some people might say I am too old for that. After all, I am not alone in this arena, and even if I were, I wouldn't mind. I prefer to do what makes me happy, than try to fulfill other people's expectations.
